Stop by the Health Department any time for a free blood pressure. Free blood pressure clinics are also held at various sites throughout Forest County.

Lifeline Program 

Lifeline is a personal emergency response system for older adults living at home that ensures quick response whenever it is needed.

These units are available on a monthly rental basis. There is a $25 installation fee and $25 monthly rental fee after installation.

Senior Nail Care 

Our office holds bi-monthly "Nail Care Clinics" to eligible Forest County residents. There is a minimal charge for this service and appointment is required.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be a Forest County Resident

2. Must be 65 years of age or older.

3. Must have a medical and/or physical need such as chronic systemic disease or physical disability.

4. Must be free of lower leg and foot ulcers and infection.

*There is a donation of $5 suggested for each visit

*We encourage clients with diabetes to see a podiatrist

*Clients in need of specialized care or high risk for complications will be referred to their primary care physician or podiatrist
